To Register for lessons you must complete all 3 of the following steps:
- Select a date and time for lessons
- This can be done at my online calendar OR by filling out the enrollment form and mailing it to me.
- Send the enrollment form AND first week’s lesson fee of $65.
- To reserve your child’s date and time, you will need to mail in your enrollment form and first week’s lesson fee. Please make your check payable to Michele de Vahle for $65. Mail the enrollment form and fee to: 5617 Piney Lane Drive, Tampa, FL 33625 within one week of scheduling your appointment to continue to hold your spot. Click here for the enrollment form.
- Register with Infant Swimming Resource. Once I have received your payment, you will get an email from m.devahle {at} infantswim {dot} com with my unique URL number.
- This is the ONLY way you can then register with ISR. The link must be emailed to you from me – please provide a good working email address when enrolling with me. It is strongly suggested that your child be registered with ISR at least 2 weeks prior to the chosen start date. This will give you plenty of time for approval from the ISR RET (Registration Evaluation Team) and give the ISR Fulfillment Center time to get your Welcome Kit mailed to your house.
